A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF OUR PROCESS...
An onsite inspection of your potential home (or property) will take approximately 2-3 hours (depending on square footage, condition and conversation). We, at Legacy Inspections encourage our clients to walk the property with us, which has proven to be much more efficient and advantageous for your final product.
We strive to make the most of your time, thus we use the time as an educational process for you to make the best decision possible on the property.
Inspection notes are recorded and digital photographs taken to document the visual inspection. Our reports are not generated onsite in order to ensure you the client, receives the best content possible.
Your Legacy Inspections report is always treated as our last impression and is delivered via PDF within 24 hours of service.

Properties are not evaluated on personal criterion for safe/operational performance—it is based upon the client—thus, the on-site inspection is approached as an education process. Knowing a purchase of this magnitude may be emotional, stressful and at times frightening, we at Legacy Inspections, strive to take the time necessary to ensure every client departs with a comforted appreciation of property condition on which to base your decision.
Our goal is to reduce a client’s risk of buying a home. Working through the home in a systematic process (on-site inspection, visual education, communication, report, etc.) allows the client to create a decision path to streamline their buying decision. Although, a "visual" will not remove risk completely, it is our desire that a client be equipped to make the best financial decision possible.
In this way, we participate in being an integral part of a client’s buying decision. The report is our last impression of the property. Along with on-site conversation; we strive to make the "Legacy experience" tangible evidence of our service.
